A trip to Paris: for food

Why do you travel – is it for the sights, to discover culture, or to study? As a food connoisseur, I go to different places just to eat. That’s right – I enjoy food and travel just so that I can experience different types of cuisine. I go to Japan for sushi or India for curry. I once desired for French cuisine and what better place it is to take delight than in Paris, while enjoying the different spectacles the city has to offer bringing about a unique overall experience in food delicacy.

French cuisine has always been one of my most curious tastes as they vary with different tastes, texture and carefully crafted goodness evolved from several generations of royalty chefs and bakers. It has been one of the types of cooking that required high levels of skill to master which is what piqued my curiosity so I had to go and visit several famous restaurants on my short trip to Paris.

September marks the beginning of the hunting season so get your pots ready for different types of dishes and seafood is most inexpensive during spring. I had to try their fresh garden salads so I ended up spending my summer vacation in Paris.

All throughout my short stay, I had to move from one Paris apartment to another since I had to try to move close to certain restaurants to try as many things as possible.
